Susan White
Breathwork facilitator · Consciousness explorer · Circumnavigator · Lifelong soul-seeker
South African-born, now based in Monaco, Susan is a curious soul, an adventurer at heart and a devoted student of what makes us fully alive. A trained conscious breathwork facilitator, nutritional therapist and homeopath, she brings together body wisdom, science-informed curiosity and her deep personal passion for meditation, awareness and the exploration of consciousness.
After 20 months sailing around the world with her family, she knows something about the courage of leaving familiar shores — and the extraordinary discoveries that happen when we do. Her explorations in personal growth and human potential include years in Tony Robbins’ Platinum Partnership and study with a wide range of teachers, alongside a continuing love of the transformative possibilities of meditation and breath. Back on the wild coast of her native South Africa, Susan invites women to reconnect with their inner compass, welcome their own depth and playfulness, and remember that life can be a remarkable adventure.

Irma Smegen
Author, mindfulness and compassion trainer & creative educator
Based in the Netherlands, Irma is an author, mindfulness and compassion trainer, creative educator and wonderfully inventive spirit. With more than 30 years of experience in education, including theatre and teacher training, she has spent much of her life finding fresh and playful ways to help people learn, connect and feel at ease being themselves. Her books and workshops bring mindfulness, creativity, nature and compassionate awareness into everyday life, and she is also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
For Irma, creativity is not about being artistic or getting things right — it is about curiosity, discovery and the freedom to explore. Whether through simple creative experiences, gentle grounding practices, moments of shared laughter or a little quiet reflection, she has a gift for helping people soften, open up and find their own way. Alongside her family, she also runs Flintenhof in Orvelte, where singing bowls are part of her world. At Breathe & Rewild, Irma weaves the beautiful resonance of sound throughout the week, holding a gentle, compassionate space around our experiences of playfulness, connection and self-discovery.
