Breathe & Rewild · 7–13 February 2027

The Experience

A journey into restoration, rediscovery, adventure and the joy of feeling wonderfully yourself.

Beyond a beautiful week away

Feel seen. Feel heard. Feel wonderfully alive.

Curiosity is a beautiful place to begin.

Reconnect with your own voice, rediscover your feminine strength, feel more at home in your skin and explore what comes next — supported by women who listen, laugh and celebrate each other.

01 / SPACE

Carry a little less.

Notice which roles, expectations or responsibilities feel heavy. Explore what is truly yours to hold — and what you may be ready to set down.

02 / COURAGE

Be seen. Be heard.

Discover the quiet confidence of listening to yourself and being genuinely listened to by others — without pressure to share more than you choose.

03 / COMPASSION

Meet yourself more kindly.

Bring curiosity to old patterns and familiar reactions. Make space for self-understanding and compassionate reflection.

04 / DISCERNMENT

Trust your own compass.

Conscious Breathwork invites you deeper into the natural wisdom of your breath and body, moving beyond the analytical mind and helping your nervous system settle and reset. Learn to let go of what is no longer yours to carry, find strength in vulnerability, and listen to what matters to you — trusting what you feel and growing more confident in your own choices.

05 / ALIVENESS

Feel more fully alive.

Breathe, move, create, laugh and explore. Reconnect with the feminine strength, courage and playful spirit that everyday life can quietly push aside.

06 / INTEGRATION

Bring it into your life.

Take home reflections, simple grounding practices and meaningful reminders that may help you keep choosing awareness and compassion in daily moments.

A little less armour. A little more honest strength.

Your experience is your own. There is no right way to feel, no requirement to agree with anyone else. We welcome thoughtful questions, fresh perspectives and the freedom to change your mind.

The experience

A little depth. A little wildness. A whole lot of life.

Some moments will take us inward. Susan’s conscious breathwork, body awareness and meditation invite us to feel more, release tension and explore the extraordinary possibilities of consciousness. Irma weaves in mindfulness, compassion, grounding, creative discovery and the beautiful resonance of singing bowls — helping us slow down, listen and find our own rhythm.

Other moments bring us to the ocean, along endless beaches, towards wild coastal caves, or laughing around the dinner table. There’s time to explore, celebrate and do absolutely nothing. The spaces between experiences belong to you, too.

01 / BREATHE

Conscious breathwork & embodiment

Body-based practices to feel, release and reconnect, with time and care for integration.

02 / LISTEN

Mindfulness, compassion & singing bowls

Grounding practices, compassionate reflection and rich sound journeys invite your whole being to slow down and settle.

03 / REWILD

Creative play, rewilding & exploration

Wild coast adventures, hands-on creative expression, flower crowns, voice, laughter and the joy of seeing things differently.

A little more of you

Seen. Heard. Wonderfully yourself.

Throughout the week, we make space for the woman behind all the roles: the one who wants to laugh, be listened to, express herself and feel at home in her own skin.

And towards the end, with wild sea air, rocks and waves around us, our beach portraits become a playful celebration of that rediscovered confidence. No posing perfection required. Just you — exactly as you are.

A little depth. A little wildness. A whole lot of life.

The shape of our seven days

Seven days. A little more of you, every day.

Whether you are navigating a major life transition, stepping into a midlife chapter, or simply craving deep rest, you belong here. We intentionally hold space for women of all generations who are ready for an exciting, beautiful week away. There is absolutely nothing to prove. Your journey here is entirely your own, to be lived in your own unique way.

A beautiful rhythm of breath, sound, coast, creativity, friendship and freedom. Our days leave room for spontaneous delight, with outdoor plans shaped by the sea and weather.

01Sunday 7 February

ARRIVE & EXHALE

Find your feet, meet your hosts and fellow women, and get to know your coastal home. We'll help you settle in with a beautiful and meaningful beach walk followed with a relaxed dinner and light-hearted games to get to know one another.

02Monday 8 February

BREATHE & AWAKEN

Gentle movement and mindfulness, groundwork workshop, conscious breathwork, time to rest and the beginnings of deeper awareness. Grounding practices bring a soft place to land.

03Tuesday 9 February

FEEL & RELEASE

A deeper guided breathwork experience, workshops that invite you beneath the surface, time to reflect, journal and rest and a sunset picnic at the southernmost tip for meaningful ritual and connection.

04Wednesday 10 February

WANDER & REWILD

A fun and relaxed excursion day out to explore, discover and delight — maybe art galleries and little gift shops of Hermanus, and/ or a visit to a local wine farm for wine tasting, and a leisurely relaxed lunch out to explore some South African hospitality (only guest paid lunch). Plans are still taking shape, so watch this space.

05Thursday 11 February

CREATE & CELEBRATE

A fun full day - breathwork to inspire you, followed by playful creativity, mindfulness, hands-on workshops and a little extra pampering that lead into an optional professional sunset beach photoshoot — with the wild ocean and rocks as our backdrop. After all the week has invited you to explore, a chance to feel seen, enjoy being in your own skin and celebrate your next chapter, followed by a festive dinner together.

06Friday 12 February

SOUND, GRATITUDE & RECONNECT

A relaxed half-day excursion to Arniston’s magical sea cave for a little adventure, sound and gratitude. If the weather and sea invite us, there may be time for an optional dip in the ancient Cape Agulhas rock pools and fresh local fish and chips by the water. Then space to rest, journal and simply be before our final fireside gathering — a traditional South African “braai”.

07Saturday 13 February

ANCHOR & CARRY HOME

Gather what matters in a meaningful closing circle, honour new friendships and intentions, and carry your experiences and practices into everyday life.

The rhythm of our week: There will be space between our shared experiences to wander, sit with tea, journal, swim or simply be. The rhythm is intentional, but never rigid; some of the loveliest moments happen when we follow our curiosity.

The heart of our seven-day journey will stay as outlined, with room to follow the weather, the sea and where we feel naturally led as hosts along the way.

A moment to notice

Sometimes the smallest things invite us to slow down, look closer and simply be.

Our intention

Come as you are.
Return with something of your own.

A clearer intention. A quieter mind. A deeper sense of permission to choose what matters to you. These are possibilities we make space for — not outcomes you have to perform.

A retreat with its own wild heart

What makes Breathe & Rewild a little different?

Equal parts soulful restoration and playful adventure. A chance to feel grounded, seen, heard and wonderfully alive — with two women whose different gifts create one beautifully connected experience.

Breath, body & consciousness

With Susan: conscious breathwork, meditation, body wisdom, a renewed relationship with your nervous system and a sense of what becomes possible when you truly listen inward.

Sound, compassion & creativity

With Irma: singing-bowl sound journeys, mindfulness, compassionate awareness, grounding, playful art and the freedom to express yourself without getting it right.

Saltwater & sisterhood

Ancient rock pools, beaches, the windswept Cape Agulhas coast, creative rituals, shared laughter, meaningful conversations and a closing circle to honour what we carry forward.

Come as you are. Make the week your own.

Bring your whole self. We hold our circle with respect, confidentiality, listening without trying to fix one another, and freedom to choose how you participate. There is room for time alone, too — sometimes a quiet coffee by the sea is its own little breakthrough.
